At Ben’s Boxers, I take pride in offering high-quality boxers designed for comfort and confidence. My goal is to ensure that every customer gets the perfect fit and performance.

If your boxers don’t fit as expected or you’re not completely satisfied, I offer a one-time free replacement within 14 days — no return needed. This applies per order.
Simply email support@bensboxers.com with your order details, and I’ll send you a new pair at no extra cost. You only pay the shipping fee.

⚠️ Please note: XXL is the largest size I currently offer. If XXL doesn’t meet your fit expectations, I’m unable to provide a larger size, as it’s not available. I kindly recommend checking the size chart and measurements carefully before ordering.


Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you’d like to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn (for hygiene reasons, worn boxers cannot be returned – this applies to bundles as well)

  • In their original condition with all tags attached

  • In their original, unopened packaging

How to start a return:

  1. Email support@bensboxers.com to request a return.

  2. I’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic returns).

  3. Carefully repackage the items and send them back.
    Please wait for the return address from customer service to avoid issues.

🚚 Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, including for international returns. All returns must be sent directly to my warehouse.

Refund processing:

Once I’ve received the returned item, I’ll process your refund.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact me immediately (please include photos).
I’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund at no cost to you.


⚠️ Note: My boxers are sold in sealed, hygienic bundles. If even one boxer has been worn or opened, the entire right of withdrawal is void.
For health and hygiene reasons, I only accept returns of unopened, unworn complete sets.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
