Order Processing & Cancellation

At Ben’s Boxers, every order is handled with care. Since I personally produce and package each boxer, it may take a little longer before your order is shipped.

Want to cancel your order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, I immediately begin preparing and packaging your order — so cancellations are no longer possible.

Please note:

Once your package has been shipped, I can no longer stop or cancel the order. However, you're always welcome to return it after delivery in accordance with the return policy.
