I understand that a good fit is essential—especially when it comes to comfort and confidence. That is why, for orders where the boxers do not fit, we gladly offer a one-time free replacement of one pair of boxers in a different size of your choice.

This free replacement allows you to try another size without having to return the initial pair. If the new size fits better, you will receive a special discount code allowing you to order a new bundle in the correct size at a reduced price.

Please note: This offer is a one-time gesture of goodwill, valid only for first-time purchases and for a default period of 14 days. If you opted for the "Extra Security" guarantee, this period is extended to 60 days. It is designed to help you find the right size—quickly, easily, and without hassle.

Attention: Please note that 3XL is currently the largest size offered. If size 3XL does not meet your expectations, I unfortunately cannot provide a larger size as it is not available. I therefore advise customers to carefully consult the size chart and corresponding measurements before choosing their size.

Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn (for hygiene reasons, worn boxers cannot be returned, including those in bundles).
  • Be in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • Be in their original, unopened packaging.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to support@bensboxers.com to request a return.
  2. I will send you return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic returns).
  3. Pack the items carefully and send them back. Please wait for customer service to provide the correct return address to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • Note: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer (including international returns). Boxers must be returned directly to my warehouse.

Refund Processing: As soon as I receive the returned item, I will process the refund. It may take 7 to 10 business days before the amount appears in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me immediately (attaching photos). I will send you a replacement item or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Hygiene & Bundle Policy

Attention: My boxers are sold in hygienically sealed bundles. If one of the boxers has been worn or unpacked, the right of withdrawal for the entire bundle is void. For hygiene and health reasons, I only accept returns of complete, unopened, and unworn bundles.

Most of our boxers are sold in bundles. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted once a single pair from the bundle has been tried on. We therefore strongly recommend that you carefully check our size chart before placing your order, especially when purchasing large bundles. If you are unsure about the size, we advise you to order a single pair first before purchasing a larger set.

Please note that free items provided as part of a bundle or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.

Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal of Delivery

When a customer deliberately refuses a delivery (for example, by rejecting the package or sending it back without a valid reason or prior agreement), we are obliged to charge processing and return fees.

Why? For every refused delivery, we incur additional costs for:

  • Round-trip shipping
  • Warehouse processing
  • Administrative management

To keep our products affordable for all our customers, the following rules apply:

Fees for refusal without a valid reason:

  • UK: €12.50 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Canada: €14.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Promotional orders (e.g., Buy 3 + 2 Free): No free exchanges; in case of refusal, the entire bundle will be treated as a return, and fees will apply.
